Join us at Osteria La Spiga for a pop-up event to benefit the Quillisascut Education Fund — a program that provides chefs of color the opportunity to learn about farm-to-table sustainability, hands on.

Each ticket includes five courses crafted by Seattle chefs including Kristi Brown, owner of That Brown Girl Cooks!, made with farm-fresh ingredients.
Your funds from this event will go to an experiential program at Quillisascut Farm designed for ethnic and minority communities helping them bridge the gaps in education around food and farming theory and practices. Chef Kristi Brown, That Brown Girl Cooks catering in Seattle, is heading the vision for this workshop. Your funds will help encourage an emerging culture of Native American, Latino, Asian, and Black/African American cooks and students, to learn about and value ecologically sound practices for the careers in the farm and food industry.
