Quillisascut Farm + Heirloom Cookshop
Please join us for an afternoon happy hour to support our scholarship program!
Nestled in the desert valleys of Eastern Washington exists a place unlike any other: Quillisascut Farm School. Dedicated to creating community through connected cooking, Quillisascut invites students, home-cooks, and curious minds to attend farm-based workshops throughout the summer.
One former student, Kristen Schumacher, took the lessons that she learned during her week on the farm and transformed it into her career, opening Heirloom Cookshop in Snoqualmie.
Come hear her story and be inspired to help others discover the farm’s Slow Life.
